Eligibility Requirements
- An NGO registered under Sections 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act of 1961 or Section 8 of the Companies Act of 2013.
- An NGO that is registered as a society or trust or that was incorporated in accordance with Section 8 of the Companies Act of 2013 and is employed by the federal or state governments.
- Any NGO created in accordance with a law passed by the State legislature or the Parliament.
- A non-profit organisation with at least three years of experience carrying out philanthropic operations and that has been incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act of 2013 or registered as a society or trust under Sections 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act of 1961.
